Drowning is the second leading cause of unintentional injury death for children ages 1 to 14 years, and the fifth leading cause for people of all ages according to the Center for Disease Control's Data & Statistics.
The drowning numbers are alarming and we all know that life-saving skills can prevent these tragedies, but is it possible to add this kind of instruction to the long list of required learning? Tell us your opinions please!
